Small businesses and enterprises (SBE) encounter employee
issues (depression, motivation, relationship, communication, fitness) on
a regular basis. Unlike large organizations, they usually do not have available
in-house Employee Assistance Program (EAP) staff to deal with these issues,
to research solutions or to provide any sort of assistance.
- All organizations, including larger ones with EAP staff, have a need to
obtain qualified information on the various traditional and leading edge methods
for responding to Employee needs. There are many providers in the marketplace,
but no equivalent of a Consumer's Review service for these sorts of service
providers.
Services
The solution database will include
- solution options to specific needs
- contact information for providers
- opinions on the various options, provided by past users of the services
and our editorial team
- Return On Investment (ROI) information on each option
- detailed descriptions of the various alternatives available.
- In order to facilitate users in determining which service(s) would be the
best fit for their problem, the problem/solution descriptions will be detailed
enough to indicate the various characteristics of each problem and then how
useful others have found the various solutions listed.
